At JESSY GLOBAL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While most of our products are customized and made-to-order, we do offer limited return and exchange options under certain conditions.
✅ Return Policy:
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Proof in the form of photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item must be provided.
🔄 Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are offered only if the wrong product was shipped by mistake.
Customized products (with logos, names, messages) are not eligible for exchange unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
⚠️ Note:
Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
Return shipping costs are covered only in cases of damaged/incorrect products.
